چکیده
Mycobacterium bovis is the causative agent of bovine tuberculosis and also responsible for serious threat to public health. Koumiss a fermented mare's milk product, used as traditional drink. Here, we explored effect koumiss on gut microbiota host immune response against M infection. Therefore, mice were treated with fresh mare 14 days before infection continue 5 weeks after The results showed clear change in intestinal flora koumiss, lungs severe edema, inflammatory infiltration, pulmonary nodules bovis-infected mice. Notably, found that content short-chain fatty acids was significantly lower koumiss-treated group compared control group. However, expression endoplasmic reticulum stress apoptosis-related proteins decreased. Collectively, these findings suggest treatment disturb of, which associated disease severity possible mechanism induces pathology. Our current can be exploited further establish “gut-lung” axis might novel strategy tuberculosis.

Astragalus polysaccharides attenuate PCV2 infection by inhibiting endoplasmic reticulum stress in vivo and in vitro
This study explored the effects of Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) on porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) infections and its mechanism in vivo and vitro. First, fifty 2-week-old mice were randomly divided into five groups: a group without PCV2 infection and groups with PCV2 infections at 0, 100, 200 or 400 mg/kg APS treatments. The trial lasted for 28 days. The results showed that APS treatments a...
متن کاملDysregulated phosphatidylinositol signaling promotes endoplasmic-reticulum-stress-mediated intestinal mucosal injury and inflammation in zebrafish
Dysregulated phosphatidylinositol (PI) signaling has been implicated in human gastrointestinal (GI) malignancies and inflammatory states, underlining the need to study pathophysiological roles of PI in an in vivo genetic model. Here, we study the significance of PI in GI pathophysiology using the zebrafish mutant cdipt(hi559), which lacks PI synthesis, and unravel a crucial role of PI in intest...
متن کاملIntestinal epithelial cell endoplasmic reticulum stress promotes MULT1 up-regulation and NKG2D-mediated inflammation
Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress is commonly observed in intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) and can, if excessive, cause spontaneous intestinal inflammation as shown by mice with IEC-specific deletion of X-box-binding protein 1 (Xbp1), an unfolded protein response-related transcription factor. In this study, Xbp1 deletion in the epithelium (Xbp1ΔIEC ) is shown to cause increased expression of ...
متن کاملEndoplasmic Reticulum Stress Promotes LIPIN2-Dependent Hepatic Insulin Resistance
OBJECTIVE Diet-induced obesity (DIO) is linked to peripheral insulin resistance-a major predicament in type 2 diabetes. This study aims to identify the molecular mechanism by which DIO-triggered endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress promotes hepatic insulin resistance in mouse models. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS C57BL/6 mice and primary hepatocytes were used to evaluate the role of LIPIN2 in ER s...
متن کاملLoss of mitofusin 2 promotes endoplasmic reticulum stress.
The outer mitochondrial membrane GTPase mitofusin 2 (Mfn2) is known to regulate endoplasmic reticulum (ER) shape in addition to its mitochondrial fusion effects. However, its role in ER stress is unknown. We report here that induction of ER stress with either thapsigargin or tunicamycin in mouse embryonic fibroblasts leads to up-regulation of Mfn2 mRNA and protein levels with no change in the e...
